Q1: How to reset Google Authenticator if I changed or lost my mobile device?
If your GA is still accessible on your old mobile device:
Log in to Cobo Account and navigate to the MFA Management section
Click on the “Modify” button next to GA
Use the GA on your old mobile device for verification
Enter the six-digit verification code
Follow the instructions to set up the new GA

Q3: Can my organization’s admin help me reset my GA?
