Q1: How to reset Google Authenticator if I changed or lost my mobile device?

If your GA is still accessible on your old mobile device:

  • Log in to Cobo Account and navigate to the MFA Management section

  • Click on the “Modify” button next to GA

  • Use the GA on your old mobile device for verification

  • Enter the six-digit verification code

  • Follow the instructions to set up the new GA

If your old mobile device is no longer accessible:

Q2: I am unable to complete verification using any of the MFA methods I have set up. How can I recover my account?

Q3: Can my organization’s admin help me reset my GA?

Currently, your organization's admin cannot reset your GA for you. For account security, it is essential to securely manage both your GA and the associated mobile device. Should you require a GA reset, kindly refer to Q1 above for detailed instructions on managing lost devices and resetting GA.
