Webhook

A webhook is an HTTP callback that is triggered under specific conditions, functioning through an HTTP POST request to send simple event notifications. Essentially, a web application integrated with a webhook will send a message to a predefined URL when a particular event occurs, facilitating real-time data transmission and responses to specific events within an application or system.

Cobo Argus has now launched support for webhook configuration. Users can configure webhooks in the Cobo Argus bot, leveraging webhook features offered by third-party services like Chainbot and Phalcon Block (developed by Blocksec). These services provide various bots, such as the Event Bot, DEX Bot, and Transaction Bot, to monitor real-time blockchain data. Once the specified risk conditions are triggered, the webhook can be called upon to activate the Cobo Argus bot automatically, thereby promptly mitigating potential risks.
